Calendly pricing: seats, Plus options and team costs
Calendly charges for hosting seats, not every meeting invitee. Compare monthly billing with an annual commitment, and keep Standard/Teams separate from their optional Plus configurations. Larger annual Teams subscriptions have seat tiers; Enterprise is a starting floor and sales quote.

Calendly pricing at a glance
USD list prices checked 2026-10-01. The annual column is a monthly equivalent, with an annual billing commitment.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Usage / seats | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Standard | $12.00/seat/month | $10.00/seat/month$120.00/seat/year | Per hosting seat; invitees do not need seats | Free features plus multiple event types/calendars, reminders, Stripe and PayPal connections. |

| Teams Plus | $32.00/seat/month | $24.00/seat/month$288.00/seat/year | First 30 seats at the annual rate; Plus configuration | Teams scheduling plus Notetaker and Callie (Beta). |
| Enterprise | From $15,000/year; sales quote | From $15,000/year; sales quote | Starts at 50 seats | Teams scheduling plus SSO/SAML, domain controls, audit logs and account support. AI access requires inquiry. |
Standard Plus and Teams Plus are the optional Notetaker and Callie configurations. They are separate from the base scheduling plans; Callie is marked Beta.
Teams annual seat tiers change above 30 seats. The displayed $16/$24 rates cover the first 30 seats; do not multiply them across a larger organization without checking tiers.
Enterprise starts at $15,000/year for 50 seats. The page’s JSON-LD lists price 0, which conflicts with the visible starting price; we use the visible floor and require a sales quote.
USD prices agree with the rendered controls and embedded pricing data. GBP and EUR also exist; no conversion or localized-price equivalence is claimed.

Count hosts rather than invitees
Seats are for people who connect calendars and host meetings. Invitees do not need a paid hosting seat just to book time. Count the hosts who need the plan’s features before multiplying the displayed rate by an entire contact list or customer base.
For a five-host team using Standard, the reviewed USD rates give a monthly subscription of 5 × $12 = $60/month. The annual commitment is 5 × $10 × 12 = $600/year, equivalent to $50/month. Twelve monthly payments would total $720. This is a list-price example before taxes or other charges, not a checkout quote.
Keep AI options separate from scheduling
The pricing page has switches for adding Notetaker and Callie. Turning them on changes Standard to Standard Plus and Teams to Teams Plus. Base scheduling prices do not include the same Notetaker package. Callie is marked Beta, and the page states that Notetaker and Callie are currently available only in English.
With monthly billing selected, Standard Plus is $24/seat/month and Teams Plus is $32. With annual billing, their equivalents are $18 and $24. The difference between base and Plus therefore depends on the billing period: do not assume the annual uplift is also the monthly uplift.
For five Standard Plus hosts, the annual list-price commitment is 5 × $18 × 12 = $1,080/year. That is $480/year more than five Standard seats on annual billing. Decide whether the additional workflow is useful before comparing that total to a booking-only self-hosted app.
Larger annual Teams subscriptions use tiers
Calendly’s plan guide documents annual Teams tiers above 30 seats. The first 30 remain at the initial rate; later seats use their applicable tier. Teams Plus follows the tier model with its own rates. A larger organization’s annual total therefore needs a tiered calculation rather than one advertised amount multiplied by every seat.
Enterprise has a visible starting floor
The browser card shows Enterprise starting at $15,000/year for 50 seats. The page’s machine-readable JSON-LD simultaneously supplies a zero price. We recorded that conflict and use the visible starting floor with a sales-quote requirement. Zero is not a meaningful Enterprise subscription price here.
The reviewed embedded pricing data and browser controls agree on the USD Standard, Teams and Plus rates. GBP and EUR variants also exist; this guide covers USD and does not convert or equate regional amounts.
Compare a booking app with the features you actually use
CloudMeet documents multiple event types and calendar integration without a software subscription. Its Pages Functions, D1, KV and cron workload must still fit Cloudflare allowances. Optional email, domains, provider accounts and maintenance are separate costs.
A scheduling-only deployment does not establish equivalent AI recaps, payments, lead routing or enterprise administration. Use the alternatives shortlist, CloudMeet comparison and setup checklist to compare the workflow and responsibilities alongside the bill.
Common questions
How much does Calendly Standard cost?
The reviewed USD pricing shows $12 per seat per month on monthly billing, or $10 per seat per month equivalent on annual billing. Standard Plus is a separate optional configuration at $24 monthly or $18 annual equivalent.
How much does Calendly Teams cost?
Teams shows $20 per seat per month on monthly billing and $16 annual equivalent for the first 30 seats. Teams Plus shows $32 monthly and $24 annual equivalent. Annual seat tiers change above 30 seats.
Is Calendly Enterprise free?
No. The visible pricing card starts at $15,000 per year for 50 seats and asks you to contact sales. Its JSON-LD price of zero conflicts with that visible floor; we do not treat it as a free offer.
